What it does
One diary on every carer's phone, and it works offline
In a seizure
- One big button starts a seizure timer on every family phone at once, and the others are told who started it.
- The child's rescue plan is on the timer screen, with an alarm at the plan's alert time and Call 999 always in reach.
- Count spasms in a cluster, even from two phones, and log rescue medicine.
- First-aid steps and when to call 999, from the NHS, with links.
Every day
- One-tap logging of feeds, nappies, sleep, medicines, temperature, symptoms, photos and notes, with a night mode for 3am.
- Medicine checklist and reminders, with a "who has the child?" duty so only one parent is woken.
- Growth charts (UK-WHO), vaccinations (UK schedule) and development milestones.
For the doctors
- A PDF clinic summary, a spreadsheet export and an emergency card with a QR code.
- A one-page printable seizure guide for other carers.
- Read-only links for the care team that expire.
- Seizures per day, and trends with medicine changes marked.
Help when you want it
- The diary is free, with 2 GB for photos, videos and letters. Little Cat Pro adds AI help and 20 GB.
- Feedback and complaints, in the app's Settings, go straight to littlecat@eborlabs.com with a reference number.
- Roles for a parent, a carer, view-only, and a nursery or childminder, who sees the last 24 hours and the emergency details only. View-only family, such as grandparents, can start and stop the seizure timer so every phone is alerted; a parent or carer logs the details.
Little Cat Pro
Less typing, less remembering, better appointments. AI help from Claude by Anthropic for the whole family.
- Reads clinic letters and results: take a photo and the date, type, doctor and key findings are filled in for you to check.
- Reads medicine labels: name, strength and dose copied from the label for you to check.
- Just say what happened: "Two-minute seizure at 3, gave midazolam" becomes a filled-in entry to check and save.
- Ready for every appointment: notes for the neurologist drafted from the diary.
- Daily and weekly summaries.
- Ask the diary: "How many seizures since the dose went up?", plus help using the app.
- 20 GB for videos and letters (the free diary has 2 GB).
- One price for the whole family: everyone in the diary gets Pro on their own phone, and only one person pays.
£5.99 a month or £49 a year, with a 14-day free trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Start it in the app, under More › Settings › Little Cat Pro.

- Discount codes accepted, for example from epilepsy charities.
Watch the tour
Two and a half minutes, narrated: one diary on every phone, what happens when a seizure starts, everyday logging, medicines, and what to take to the doctor. Recorded with made-up details, never a real family's.
Careful with advice, and with your data
Health advice from the NHS, with sources
Every piece of health advice in Little Cat comes from nhs.uk, with the source linked underneath it, and is checked each month for NHS changes.
Private: only people you invite
The diary is kept in the UK, in London, encrypted. No adverts, no tracking, and it is never sold. Read Little Cat's privacy policy.
Little Cat is a care diary, not a medical device, and it has not been reviewed by a clinician. It does not diagnose, predict or detect seizures, and it does not replace your child's care plan, their epilepsy team or 999. In an emergency, call 999.
